36 foot Franzen cruising yacht in AIRLIE BEACH, Queensland for sale

Currently sailing the Whitsundays. Rebuilt in 2002 from bare hull, this 36 L.O.A Ian Franzen designed & built cruising yacht is well known along the queensland coast, 2500 nautical miles sailed in the last 6 months, thousands more in the last 10 years, my liveaboard home for 12 years, sailed from Darwin. Last refit 2011 / 2012.
Well maintained steel hull in good nic, (it's not hard to do), sloop rigged with near new 35 horsepower diesel (240 hours).
Sails, rigging etc all in good order. New standing rigging 2008.
Regretfully offered for sale, independently valued at $85 000.00, I am meeting the current market at $50 000.00 to secure a sale.
All the usual gear & fittings you see advertised with other yachts so I wont bother with that here, but importantly this comes with paperwork... Australian registered ship (for international passages), Queensland registration, current insurance policy, Gas compliance certificate, current survey, original drawings & specifications, registered epirb, engine still under warranty.
Viewing welcome via dinghy ride from sailing club, yacht is not detailed & presented as is, warts & all as I live aboard.
As is usual practice, sea trial offered with 10% refundable deposit, weather permitting. Inspection / survey haulout (if required) at your cost.
